摘要：

 The diffraction efficiency of a general conductor glitter gratin g is a nalyzed with electromagnetic field theory under the condition of TM wave inciden ce.The equation obtained by electromagnetic field theory analysis has been simpl i fied and solved with region coupling method.The calculated results have been fur ther analyzed and investigated.These results have important guiding significance for the practical engineering design.
