GTP enh4nced the initirl rate of brsrl end glncegon-stimulated deny1 cyclane 4ctivity. Reduction in concentrdion of Mg++ in the uuy medium or incubation of liver membranes for S min at 30. prior to addition of glucegon results in loss of re- rponae of *deny1 cyclue to glucegon and in reduction in the effecta of GTP on basal rctivity.
