Method for manufacturing a tubular link rod comprising a hollow body (1) and, at each of the ends of this body, a connecting end (5, 9), this method being notable in that it comprises the following steps : a) the manufacture of a one-piece component (P) comprising said hollow body (19) and a first end part (M) that forms or is intended to form one of said connecting ends, b) the assembly of a second part (5) at the other end of said hollow body (19), this second part forming or being intended to form the other of said connecting ends, and this second part comprising a bore (21) establishing communication between the outside and the inside of said hollow body (19), c) inspection and/or machining of the assembly zone (23) on the inside of said hollow body, via said bore (21).
