This is the protocol for a review and there is noThe objectives are as follows: 1. To evaluate the effects of statin therapy on mortality and the risk of subsequent cardiovascular outcomes in kidney transplant recipients 2. To evaluate the effects of statin therapy on graft function, including the incidence of acute rejection and chronic allograft nephropathy. 3. To evaluate the effects of statin therapy on the risk of acute transplant rejection. 4. To evaluate the risk of drug or dosage related adverse events when statin therapy is used in kidney transplant recipients.
