Biodegradation of textile dyes by immobilized laccase from Coriolopsis gallica into Ca-alginate beads
摘要：
A laccase from Coriollopsis gallica was immobilized into Ca-alginate beads.Laccase stability to pH and temperature was increased after immobilization.Both immobilized and free laccase were able to decolorize different dyes.The addition of the redox mediator HBT increased significantly the dye removal.
