The Relationship between Polymorphism of CYP2J2 Gene and Stroke
摘要：
Objective To explore the relationship between polymorphism of cytochrome P450 2J2(CYP2J2) gene G312R and stroke in chinese Han population.Methods The G312R mutation of CYP2J2 gene was analyzed by polymerase chain-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) in 180 stroke cases and 190 health controls.Results There is no G312R mutation of CYP2J2 gene in ischemic stroke,cerebral hemorrhage and health controls.Conclusions This study suggests that the G312R mutation of CYP2J2 gene can't be a risk factor of ischemic stroke and cerebral hemorrhage in chinese population.
