The translucent panels offer complete visual privacy for interiors while introducing diffuse natural light. Panel face sheets are shatterproof and impact-resistant with systems meeting the UL 972 Standard for Burglary Resisting Glazing Material and the ASTM F-1233 Resists Forced Entry. Safety features extend to building maintenance. Skylights and skyroofs are safe to walk on with OSHA fall-through compliance. Kalwall's safety and security benefits were specifically sought for the Glasgow International Airport, which was the target of a horrific car bombing in 2007.
