摘要：

PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain an oligosaccharide, by passing a solution containing saccharides through a column of an immobilized glycosidase and connected in series to a column of active carbon, continuously circulating the solution and then desorbing the oligosaccharide adsorbed on the active carbon. CONSTITUTION:A solution containing a buffer solution and a substrate is introduced into a system of an apparatus constituted of a column 2 of immobilized enzymes prepared by linking enzymes having glycosidase activity to an insoluble carrier, a column 3 connected in series to the column 2, a circuit 1 which is a conduit for circulating a substrate solution and a circulating means 4 for circulating the substrate solution therethrough and circulated for a suitable period to adsorb an oligosaccharide on the active carbon. The active carbon column is subsequently removed from the system to elute the oligosaccharide. Saccharides, such as monosaccharides, disaccharides or monoamino saccharides, are used as the substrate.
