摘要：

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of dexmedetomidine on hemodynamics in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting under sevoflurane anesthesia .METHODS:112 patients with coronary artery bypass grafting admitted into Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Oct .2013 to Nov.2014 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 56 cases in each.The control group were treated with sodium chloride injections , while the observation group received dexmedetomidine .Various indicators at radial artery puncture (T0),tracheal intubation (T1),split sternum (T2),descending branch (T3),head down after the lower support (T4),after operation ( T5) in two groups were observed .RESULTS:The mean arterial pressure of observation group in T1, T2 , T4 and T5 were significantly lower than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P1, T2, T4 and T5 were significantly lower than that of control group , with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of dexmedetomidine in continuous infusion in coronary artery bypass grafting under sevoflurane anesthesia is remarkable , with few stress responses , which can reduce the mean arterial pressure , improve the heart rate .It is worthy of application and promotion .
